Role Overview
The Practice Head – ServiceNow will be responsible for building, scaling, and leading the ServiceNow practice end to end. This role combines strategic leadership, P&L ownership, delivery excellence, and strong client-facing (front-end) capabilities. The ideal candidate can confidently front-end large programs, engage CXO stakeholders, drive presales, and position ServiceNow as a strategic transformation platform for clients.
Required Qualifications
• 15+ years of overall IT experience
• 8+ years of ServiceNow leadership experience
• Proven experience as Practice Head / Practice Lead / Portfolio Lead
• Strong experience front-ending enterprise programs and transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated success in presales, client management, and revenue growth
• Hands-on experience managing large, complex, multi-module ServiceNow programs
• Strong people leadership and practice-building experience
Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, CTA – any combination)
• Experience working with global enterprise clients
• Prior experience in consulting or system integrator environments
• Strong domain exposure in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, or Telecom
