Servicenow Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Specialist for a priority special project. This role demands a proactive, self-driven professional with deep expertise in ServiceNow and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow modules as needed.
• Identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and solutions clearly and consistently.
• Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines, with minimal supervision.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, etc.)
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines independently.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Bonus: Familiarity with ServiceNow infrastructure.
