Servicenow Project Manager

Position: ServiceNow Project Manager (Agile/Scrum)

Job description:

We’re seeking a skilled ServiceNow Project Manager with strong Agile and Scrum experience to lead high impact initiatives across the ServiceNow platform. You’ll guide cross functional teams, drive delivery excellence, and ensure projects align with business goals and platform best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle ServiceNow projects from planning to deployment
• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies
• Partner with product owners, developers, and architects to define scope and priorities
• Manage and refine the ServiceNow backlog
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies while communicating updates to stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and governance
• Oversee testing, UAT, change management, and release activities
• Drive continuous improvement across teams and processes
• Manage vendor and third party relationships as needed

Required Qualifications
• Proven experience managing ServiceNow implementations or major enhancements
• Strong understanding of modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM
• Hands on Agile/Scrum experience with the ability to lead ceremonies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Familiarity with ITIL and enterprise service management

Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS ITSM, CIS HRSD, etc.)
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, etc.)
• Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments
