Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise solutions on Client, ensuring scalable, secure, and best-practice implementations aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Client architecture and platform strategy
• Lead solution design across ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM (as applicable)
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture & roadmaps
• Guide development teams and review integrations, data models, and workflows
• Ensure performance, security, governance, and platform standards
• Support presales/POCs and provide technical leadership to stakeholders

Required Skills

• 8+ years IT experience, 4+ years Client architecture/lead role
• Strong hands-on with core modules, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, APIs
• Experience with enterprise integrations (REST/SOAP, SSO, LDAP, Azure AD)
• Strong stakeholder communication and solution documentation skills
