Servicenow Cmdb Architect

• Integrate CMDB with external systems (cloud, monitoring, asset tools)
• Improve data quality, reconciliation, and normalization processes
• Establish CI identification and reconciliation rules (IRE)
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Application teams
• Provide architectural guidance for ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 6+ years of ServiceNow experience
• 4+ years of hands-on CMDB architecture experience
• Strong understanding of:
  • CMDB Data Model
  • CSDM framework
  • Service Mapping
  • Discovery
  • IRE (Identification & Reconciliation Engine)
• Experience integrating cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) with ServiceNow
• Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
• Experience in large enterprise environments

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM / ITOM
• Experience with Event Management and AIOps
