Servicenow Certified Technical Architect

Deloitte is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions while ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business and compliance requirements.

This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership in solution design, and proven experience delivering ServiceNow IRM implementations in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• Design end-to-end ServiceNow IRM solutions, including Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Issue Management modules.
• Perform hands-on ServiceNow configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
• Act as a technical lead, providing guidance on best practices, platform governance, and architecture standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk/compliance teams, and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure integrations, workflows, and data models align with enterprise architecture.
• Support testing phases (unit, system, UAT) and resolve technical issues.
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow IRM Solution Developer.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow configuration, testing, and implementation in complex environments.
• Expertise in ServiceNow IRM modules (Risk, Compliance, Audit, Issues).
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, workflows, and security.
• Ability to clearly articulate how and when ServiceNow IRM was used in past projects (must be reflected in resume).
