Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform, strong architectural design capabilities, and the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.

This is a fully onsite role in Louisville, KY. Relocation candidates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and technical solutions.
• Lead platform strategy, governance, and best practices.
• Architect and implement modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CMDB.
• Oversee integrations with third-party systems and enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and administrators.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, and security compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Review and approve solution designs and customizations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in ServiceNow architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • ITSM, CMDB, ITOM modules
  • Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes
  • REST/SOAP integrations
  • Service Portal & UI Builder
• Experience in ServiceNow upgrades and platform governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules.
• Experience in retail or restaurant industry environments.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
