Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong architecture experience, deep platform knowledge, and the ability to guide technical teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of ServiceNow platform solutions
• Define platform strategy, governance, and best practices
• Design scalable solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and admins
• Ensure platform performance, security, and scalability
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards
• Manage integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP, APIs, and middleware
• Support upgrades, instance management, and platform optimization
• Prepare architecture documentation and technical design artifacts

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture
• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform design and implementation
• Expertise in ITSM and at least one additional module (ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, etc.)
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs)
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Business Rules, Script Includes)
• Hands-on experience with Service Portal or UI Builder
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and governance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
