5+ years’ experience in JavaScript, AngularJS, Web services (RESTful/SOAP), XML, JSON.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.

Deep knowledge of ServiceNow governance and upgrade-safe design practices.

Define platform architecture standards, roadmaps, and design guidelines.

Map business requirements with ServiceNow standard functionality while minimizing customization.
