Senior System Architect

Basic Requirements 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field required. 
• Pega CSSA certification mandatory 
• 7+ years of experience in designing, building, and implementing Business Process Management (BPM) solutions 
• 7+ years of experience using Pega 
• Strong experience with complete life cycle of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) rules configuration, customization, and deployment, preferably in Agile/SCRUM based environment 
• Knowledge of all phases of SDLC including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business-centric and process-based applications 
• Strong knowledge of the PRPC Architecture, design and implementation features 
• Working knowledge on Pega OOTB features 
• Strong working knowledge in one or more programming languages, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS • Experience architecting custom API integrations with Pega 
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively guide and mentor junior employees 
• Excellent relationship management skills to forge relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
