Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior STIBO Developer to design, develop, and support Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using the Stibo Systems STEP platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in STIBO STEP development, product data modeling, workflows, and integrations in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using STIBO STEP MDM platform.
• Configure data models, hierarchies, classifications, and attributes.
• Develop and customize business rules, workflows, and validation logic.
• Implement inbound and outbound integrations with ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems.
• Work with APIs, web services, XML/JSON, and batch interfaces.
• Support data migration, cleansing, and enrichment initiatives.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and governance teams.
• Participate in SIT/UAT testing and production deployment activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 3–5+ years of strong hands-on STIBO STEP development experience.
• Expertise in:
  • STEP Business Rules & Workflows
  • Data modeling & hierarchy management
  • Product Information Management (PIM)
  • Integration frameworks
• Strong experience with Java, JavaScript (preferred).
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
