Senior Software Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Build and integrate Generative AI / LLM-based solutions such as chatbots, intelligent assistants, recommendation systems, and AI-driven automation
• Integrate AI services including OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / AWS Bedrock / Google Vertex AI
• Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs for AI-enabled applications
• Implement prompt engineering, AI workflows, model orchestration, and output optimization
• Work with vector databases for embeddings, semantic search, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Collaborate with frontend, data science, product, and cloud teams
• Ensure high standards of performance, security, scalability, and reliability
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and JavaScript
• Proven experience implementing GenAI / LLM solutions in production
• Experience with backend frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, microservices, and event-driven architecture
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment

Nice-to-Have Skills

• TypeScript
• Frontend exposure (React preferred)
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar GenAI frameworks
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma)
• Retail, e-commerce, or large-scale enterprise experience
• Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments
