Senior SDET / TOSCA Test Automation Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SDET to act as a QA technical lead in a hands-on individual contributor role. This position requires strong test automation expertise using Tricentis TOSCA, ownership of QA strategy, and the ability to shape and drive quality practices as the team grows.

Core Technical Skillset (Must-Have):
TOSCA Expertise
* Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA
* Test case design, execution, optimisation, and maintenance
* Experience with:
* TOSCA Modules & XModules (framework development)
* TOSCA Scratchbook
* TOSCA Execution Lists & TestSheets
* TOSCA API Testing (REST / SOAP)
* TOSCA Mainframe Automation
* Expertise in TOSCA Object Steering strategies, including:
* XPath, CSS, and ID-based steering
* Browser, desktop, SAP, and custom controls

Key Requirements:
* 6–8 years of hands-on experience in test automation
* Strong expertise in automation framework design
* TOSCA is mandatory
* Proven experience in ETL testing
* Ability to lead QA efforts, define best practices, and take end-to-end ownership
* Comfortable working independently and influencing quality outcomes
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder collaboration

Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills:
* Domain experience with consumer deposit products and pricing
* Banking domain experience (preferred, not mandatory)
* Mainframe Hogan experience (strong plus)
* Experience working in a highly regulated industry
* Strong exposure to risk and compliance requirements within SDLC
