Senior SAP Techno Functional Consultant

• Must have team lead or management experience
• Must be hands-on with SAP with functional and technical responsibilities
• Conduct workshops to gather business requirements, analyze gaps, and design functional specifications (FS) for standard and custom solutions, including RICEFs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
• Configuration & Development: Configure SAP modules (as listed below) and develop custom code (ABAP, Fiori/CDS Views) for reports, interfaces, and enhancements, optimizing performance.
• Integration: Build interfaces, manage data migration (ETL), and integrate SAP with other systems, often involving middleware and portal configurations
• Testing & Support: Lead unit, integration, and UAT testing; debug issues; provide ongoing support, especially during month/year-end close; and troubleshoot complex problems.

• SAP S/4HANA, including:
  • Financial processes (FI, CO, AP, AR, AM, GL)
  • Procurement processes (MM)
  • HR modules (Payroll, Organizational Management, Benefits, PA)
  • Group Reporting
• SAP Ariba, including Contract Management and Spend Analysis
