Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior QA Engineer with 15+ years of experience to join our quality assurance team supporting a major financial client. This role requires a balanced skill set of 50% manual testing and 50% automation testing, with strong expertise in enterprise systems, test cycle management, and release documentation. You will collaborate closely with global teams, participate in daily stand-ups, and drive quality across the software development lifecycle.
 

Must-Have Skills
Programming Languages: Java, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript
Automation Tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
API Testing: Postman
CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Azure Pipelines
Database: SQL for data validation
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
Other Tools: JIRA, enterprise systems, test cycle management, release documentation
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams
 

Nice to Have
Experience in the Banking or Investment domain
 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning
Execute test cycles covering both manual and automated scenarios
Document test cases and track defects in JIRA
Coordinate QA activities across teams and geographies
Prepare and maintain release documentation
