Senior Project Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
•Lead end-to-end IT projects involving data analytics, reporting, and modernization initiatives
•Collaborate with Data Architecture, Data Analytics & Performance teams, vendors, and federal stakeholders
•Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables
•Ensure compliance with DIR Project Delivery Framework and state/federal standards
•Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
•Manage vendors, procurement activities, and RFP development as needed
•Track project budgets and provide regular status updates to leadership

🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
•10+ years of IT Project Management experience
•Active PMP Certification
•Strong experience with SDLC & PMLC
•Experience managing data management, analytics, BI, or large IT systems
•Proven Agile/Scrum leadership experience
•Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

🔹 Preferred Experience:
•Healthcare / Public Health or HHS experience
•Managing multi-agency or multi-vendor initiatives
•Experience with Access & Eligibility programs
