Senior Performance Engineer

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in performance testing and optimization. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the banking domain and exposure to Tier-1 companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain performance testing scripts and scenarios
• Execute performance, load, stress, and endurance testing
• Analyze test results and prepare detailed performance reports
• Identify bottlenecks and work with development and operations teams to improve system performance
• Monitor production systems and proactively address performance issues

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing
• Minimum 4 years of banking domain experience
• Experience working with Tier-1 organizations
• Strong knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or similar
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
