Senior Mainframe System Automation Engineer

Role: Senior Mainframe System Automation Engineer (100% Remote) 
Client: SWBC
Rate: $55/hr
Experience: 12+ (10+ years in mainframe operations (support/consultancy)).
Any Visa (I94 should fetch);
Passport Number is must for submission.

We are seeking a Senior Mainframe Automation SME to lead z/OS Automation Migration Projects. In this remote role, you will architect and manage automated system configurations on IBM Z using the full suite of enterprise tools.

Must-Have Experience:
Core Automation: Tivoli System Automation (SA), NetView, Netcool, OPS/MVS, GDPS.
Scripting & Policy: REXX / REXX EXEC, Automation Policy Database (PDB), Automation Tables, Timers, Event Driven Automation.
Technical Skills: z/OS system operation (startup/shutdown), JCL, TSO/ISPF, SMP/E.
Expertise: Deep experience with System Automation for z/OS, implementing competing Z software products, and managing complex automation policies.

Qualifications:
10+ years in mainframe operations (support/consultancy).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
