Role: Senior Mainframe Developer

Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Mainframe Developer with strong technical expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2. The candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing system changes, and will be involved across multiple phases of the software development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate should also be capable of developing Python components and actively participating in technical, architectural, and design discussions with cross-functional teams. The role requires flexibility, adaptability, and strong collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and implement mainframe applications
Work on COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2-based systems
Develop and integrate Python components where required
Participate in technical, architectural, and design discussions
Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Support and enhance existing mainframe applications
