Core Stack: Java, Spring Boot (Microservices), Angular 14+, Azure, ArcGIS.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop full-stack apps & REST APIs with GIS/spatial data.
Administer & develop within ArcGIS Enterprise ecosystem.
Build UIs compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA / Section 508.
Create geocodes, geoprocessing services, work with linear referencing.
Implement CI/CD via Azure DevOps to AKS (Docker).
Design PostGIS reporting layers & Power BI dashboards.

Required Skills:
Front-End: Angular 14+, responsive/accessible design.
Back-End: Java Spring Boot, REST APIs.
GIS/ArcGIS: Enterprise Server/Online, JavaScript API, geocode/services, linear referencing (Roads & Highways), SDE.
DevOps/Data: Azure (AKS, DevOps), Docker, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Power BI.
Accessibility (Mandatory): Proven WCAG 2.1 AA/Section 508 compliance, WAI-ARIA.

Preferred:
2+ years PostgreSQL.
Integrating accessibility testing.
