Senior Java Developer

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 7–10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development
• Strong expertise in Java 8+ (Java 11/17 preferred)
• Extensive experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security)
• Experience building microservices architectures
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)
• Experience with ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA)
