Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer (Node.js & React)

Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid preferred – 3 days/week)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and enhance a compliance automation platform that provides clear visibility into the organization’s compliance posture. This role is hands-on and code-focused, requiring strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, and PostgreSQL. You will own end-to-end development, rapidly prototype new ideas, improve internal portals and reporting tools, and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions using modern engineering practices.

Key Skills:

• Node.js (Express), React.js, Redux
• PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
• REST API design & development
• CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices
• Agile development, strong communication
• Compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO, FedRAMP, PCI) – nice to have
• Cloud / SRE exposure – plus

Experience:

MUST-HAVE Skills

• Strong hands-on coding ability

• 10+ years of real development experience

Deep experience with:

Node.js (backend)

React.js (frontend)

PostgreSQL

• Ability to write, explain, and optimize code efficiently

• Experience working independently in ambiguous or new project setups

• Comfortable with live coding technical interviews

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
