xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxResolve escalated problems and issues using solution expertise, raised during operations, maintenance, upgrades.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxShould have a good understanding of Cerner Millennium architecture and cerner millennium data model.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxShould have basic or good understanding of CCLCerner Command Language, Discern Visual developer and Olympus.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxGood to have knowledge on ticketing tool ServiceNOW and ITIL process.
