Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support a mission-critical cloud-native ecosystem. This role focuses on building resilient infrastructure, implementing SRE best practices, and enabling a security-first CI/CD culture across engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and blameless postmortems
• Architect and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins
• Implement deployment strategies such as blue-green, canary, and automated rollbacks
• Build observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK
• Integrate SecDevOps practices (SAST, DAST, secrets scanning, SBOMs)
• Optimize cloud costs through FinOps and right-sizing strategies
• Create self-service tools, playbooks, and automation frameworks
• Mentor engineering teams and establish operational best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
• 3+ years of AWS production experience (IAM, VPC, EC2, EKS, etc.)
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux
• Proficiency in Terraform, GitOps, CI/CD security gates
• Scripting experience in Python, Go, or Bash
• Experience with observability, chaos engineering, and capacity planning
• Strong communication and documentation skills
