Versatile experience across Enterprise Data Warehousing and applications
Experience working with large consulting firms, demonstrating core consulting values
Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze underwriting requirements and processes in Commercial Insurance
Work across multiple functional areas and geographies on complex system implementations
Collaborate with multiple vendors and internal delivery teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Manage and engage IT and business stakeholders, including underwriting and actuarial teams
Document current-state business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
Create detailed process maps and diagrams for current and future states
Develop a broad understanding of application and environment architecture, including data flows into Enterprise Data Warehouses and downstream applications
Clearly communicate project recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
