Senior Business Analyst

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
• Support project planning, execution, and delivery
• Create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful implementation
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data insights to support decision-making
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
• Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with BPMN, process modeling, or workflow tools
• Experience in domain areas such as finance, healthcare, or retail
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
