Senior Associate / Technical Lead

• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders
• Drive solution architecture decisions and technology selection
• Oversee application performance, scalability, and security
• Support production deployments and issue resolution
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of overall IT experience
• 2+ years of technical leadership experience
• Strong programming experience (Java, .NET, Python, or similar)
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as:
  • Amazon Web Services
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Strong understanding of database design (SQL/NoSQL)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing consulting roles
• Exposure to solution architecture or system design
• Experience leading offshore/onshore teams
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
