Required Skills & Experience
8–10 years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in Generative AI / LLM application development.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with API and microservices development.
Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
Experience building autonomous agents, copilots, and AI assistants.
Strong knowledge of RAG architecture, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma).
Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise systems, tools, and workflows.
Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude APIs.
Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation techniques.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Experience deploying AI apps using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
