Security Operations Center Lead

• Coordinate with IT, Risk, and Compliance teams
• Manage vulnerability management and threat intelligence activities
• Prepare and present security reports to leadership
• Drive continuous improvement in SOC processes and automation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience
• 3+ years of SOC leadership or team lead experience
• Strong experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with EDR/XDR solutions (CrowdStrike, Defender, Carbon Black)
• Knowledge of incident response frameworks and threat hunting techniques
• Experience with vulnerability management tools (Nessus, Qualys)
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, IDS/IPS
