Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications preferred.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar role in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and motivate teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle complex issues effectively.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
