SCRUM Master

• Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint progress)
• Promote continuous improvement and team self-organization
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization
• Ensure transparency and effective communication within and outside the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5–8+ years of IT or software development experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles
• Experience facilitating multiple Agile teams
• Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to coach teams and influence without authority

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or SAFe Scrum Master certification
• Experience with SAFe, LeSS, or other scaled Agile frameworks
• Background working with distributed or remote teams
• Experience in regulated or enterprise environments
