Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strong facilitator and servant leader with excellent stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices
• Manage and engage stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies effectively
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Engineering, and Business teams
• Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint progress)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong expertise in Stakeholder Management
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience using Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Scrum Certification (CSM, SAFe, PSM) preferred
