Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and drive successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure adherence to Agile principles while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Guide teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and principles
• Remove impediments and ensure smooth team progress
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlog and priorities
• Track and report on team performance, velocity, and delivery metrics
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with cross-functional development teams
• Proficiency with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
