Job Description
- Scrum Master - 60% / Project Delivery -40% (not PM role) - managing stakeholders, tracking risks - Scrum Master drives the day-to-day for the team
- Project delivery and tracking and mitigating risks through Agile or Waterfall (all Agile and Jira and excel sheets and Smartsheets).
- Chatbot - nice to have / not required
- Payment Solutions - nice to have / not required
- Call Center applications-is this a required skill? Is it more chat box and other items or application - couple of years of exp is ok but is a nice to have / not required
- HM does have a PM and Release Manager already on the team
Top 3 skill sets required for this role:
- Scrum master

Nice to have skills or certifications:
- 1. Fluent in smart sheet and JIRA
- 2. Application/web/Contact center Chatbot development project management experience
