SCRUM Master

·        15+ years of experience in Project Management / Scrum Master roles
·        Proven experience delivering AEM-based projects (minimum 2 AEM implementations)
·        Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
·        Hands-on experience with AEM architecture, authoring, publishing, components
·        Knowledge of Adobe suite tools (AEM, Campaign, Target, Marketo)
·        Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
·        Experience managing risks, capacity, and enterprise stakeholders
·        PMI, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred
·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
