Sas Monitoring Developer

The SAS Monitoring Developer collaborates with reporting and data teams to design, develop, and optimize SAS programs and reports. The role involves analyzing complex data sets, building efficient and reusable code, and implementing best practices for data processing and reporting. Additionally, the developer is responsible for monitoring and administering SAS environments to ensure system reliability, performance, and compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAS Development & Reporting
• Develop, test, and optimize SAS programs for data querying, comparison, summarization, and analysis.
• Use SAS Enterprise Guide for point-and-click data exploration, code generation, and report creation.
• Build and automate analytical reports, dashboards, and visualizations for operational and business insights.
• Support data preprocessing and post-processing for clinical study reports and modeling reports with tables, listings, and graphs.
• SAS Environment Management
• Administer, monitor, and maintain SAS environments using SAS Environment Manager.
• Oversee SAS Web Application Servers and Foundation Servers, ensuring optimal performance.
• Monitor logs, analyze system metrics, and respond to alerts and incidents.
• Generate and interpret monitoring reports from the SAS Report Center.
• Operational & Administrative Support
• Implement operational enhancements, perform maintenance, and provide technical support for SAS platforms.
• Ensure integration of SAS monitoring with broader IT service management strategies.
• Support deployment and troubleshooting of SAS-based analytical solutions.
