(or equivalent combination of an advanced degree and experience) in SAP Basis administration, implementation of S4Hana(RISE), and support
Strong experience of SAP system architecture, database management, and operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows)
Full life cycle implementation experience and support of SAP, including SAP Migration, Upgrades, Integrations, and Cloud Projects
Proficiency in SAP system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and security compliance
Experience working with internal and external auditors; gathering and producing required documentation and verbally articulating measures for auditing points
An ability to explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
Cloud ALM experience preferable.
Expertise in Solution Manager – Implementation, Service Desk, Change Request Management (ChaRM), BPM, CTS, plus Monitoring functions, EWA, and Service Level Reporting and Monitoring services. Good understanding of End-to-End Root Cause Analysis tools in Solution Manager.
Experience on SSO, IAS, OpenText, GIS, Fiori, Solution Manager, Sybase, Oracle, MSSQL, RedHat, SUSE Linux.
Experience in implementing high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and system monitoring using SolMan and custom scripting.
