We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Warranty Management Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Service Management (SM/CS) to join our team in Fremont, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimising SAP Warranty Management processes to support after-sales service operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Service Management / Warranty Management Consultant

• 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 4+ years in Service Management (CS/SM) and Warranty Management.
• Hands-on expertise in configuring service notifications, service orders, warranty claims, and returns processing.
• Strong understanding of integration with logistics and finance components.
• Experience in S/4HANA Service Management or SAP Customer Service (CS) modules.
• Exposure to SAP CRM Service or SAP FSM (Field Service Management) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and documentation skills.
• SAP Certification in Service Management or S/4HANA Service.
• Experience working with automotive, manufacturing, or industrial clients.
• Experience Vehicle Management System (VMS) is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP BRIM or Service Cloud is advantageous.
