Role Overview :

Responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP / non-SAP systems using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). The role focuses on employee lifecycle data, HR processes, and secure, scalable integration architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end integrations between SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, ONB, LMS, PMGM, etc.) and:

SAP S/4HANA / ECC

Third-party payroll, benefits, identity, and finance systems

Configure and consume SuccessFactors APIs (SFAPI, OData API, Compound Employee API)

Handle employee lifecycle events (hire, termination, transfer, job change, compensation updates)

Implement data mappings, transformations, and validations

Manage error handling, monitoring, logging, and alerting in CPI
