Hiring: SAP PL2PR Lead (PP/PPDS Architect)

📍 Normal, Illinois (Onsite – 5 Days/Week from Day 1)

We are looking for a Senior SAP PL2PR Lead / PP-PPDS Architect to drive end-to-end Plan to Produce transformation at the Rivian manufacturing plant in Normal, IL.

This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring deep S/4HANA architecture expertise in discrete/automotive manufacturing environments.

🔎 What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Lead SAP Plan-to-Produce (Pl2PR) implementations
✔ Architect S/4HANA PP/PPDS solutions
✔ Drive production planning, sequencing & detailed scheduling
✔ Design integrations between SAP, PLM (3DEXPERIENCE) & MES systems
✔ Implement advanced planning (MRP Live, aATP, heuristics, capacity planning)
✔ Define enterprise master data standards (BOMs, Work Centers, Routings)
✔ Lead 3+ full lifecycle implementations as Architect
✔ Partner with business & leadership as a Trusted Advisor

🔥 Must Have Skills:

12+ Years SAP Experience

10+ Years in SAP PP & PP/DS

S/4HANA Implementation Experience

PPDS, PDS, Rapid Planning Matrix

Finite Scheduling & Sequencing

Complex Variant Configuration (iPPE & Classical)

Multi-level BOMs

APO Integration

MES & PLM Integration

Automotive / Discrete Manufacturing Experience

JIT / JIS / Phantom Assemblies

PP integration with EWM

At least 3 Full Lifecycle implementations as Lead

SAP Certification (PP or PPDS)
