Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP MM to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in SAP Logistics, Materials Management, and Warehouse Management modules. This role will lead SAP implementation and support activities, drive design and configuration, and manage cross-functional stakeholders across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP SD/MM/LE/WM functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
• Act as project lead for SAP logistics and warehouse initiatives
• Drive full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations (minimum 3 full cycles)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and improve logistics and supply chain processes
• Provide expertise in global sales, delivery, shipping, consignment, billing, purchasing, inventory, and warehouse operations
• Lead integration and interface strategy with suppliers and logistics partners using IDOC/RFC/EDI/XML/API
• Manage SAP archiving, compliance, and integration with APO and 3PL EDI
• Create detailed functional design documents, user exits, reports, interfaces, and utilities
• Support troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of SAP processes and custom programs
• Provide leadership and mentorship to SAP team members and coordinate with offshore resources

Required Skills

• SAP MM: 5–10 years
• SAP SD/MM/LE/WM: 10+ years
• SAP ECC 6.0: 5–10 years
• SAP S/4HANA: Minimum 1 year
• EDI / SAP Interfaces: 2–5 years
• Leadership experience: 2–5 years
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and migration methodologies
• Deep functional expertise in:
  • Sales & distribution
  • Purchasing & procure-to-pay
  • Inventory management
  • Warehouse operations
  • Returns & repair management
  • Intercompany and STO processes
• Strong integration experience with APO, 3PL, and other external systems
• Experience with SAP technologies such as:
  • BTP, Fiori/UI5, BRF+, Enterprise Portal
• Experience in ABAP debugging and custom program analysis
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
