SAP Lead Fico Consultant (S/4Hana)

• Lead SAP FICO solution design for future S/4HANA deployments
• Stabilize and resolve issues in:
  • Product costing
  • GR/IR
  • Variance analysis
  • Material Ledger
  • CO-PA
• Ensure end-to-end financial integration across MM, PP, SD, PS, and EWM
• Define and validate value flows impacting inventory, costing, and financial close
• Drive improvements to month-end and period-end close processes
• Support FP&A with GL structure, reporting, and financial mappings
• Oversee configuration, testing, cutover, and production support activities

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of SAP FICO experience (S/4HANA strongly preferred)
• Strong background in manufacturing costing and inventory accounting
• Deep expertise in Controlling (CO) and cross-module integration
• Hands-on experience with Material Ledger and actual costing
• Proven experience leading multi-site SAP rollouts
• Ability to lead design discussions and resolve complex financial issues
