SAP Fico QA Tester

· 5–7+ years of SAP FICO testing experience across ECC and/or S/4HANA

· Advanced functional knowledge in GL, AP, AR, Banking, Vendor Payments, and related financial integration points

· Strong proficiency validating Fiori applications, including workflow and functional behavior

· Extensive experience validating and troubleshooting backend SAP tables, data structures, and financial postings

· Expertise in test strategy development, test planning, and oversight of end‑to‑end functional and integration validation

· Experience with Rally or JIRA for test management, defect governance, and reporting

· Proven ability to write comprehensive test cases, test steps, and traceability matrices for complex financial processes

· Strong ability to partner with Business, Functional, and Development teams to ensure high‑quality delivery

· Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to present test results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

· PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) domain experience

· Strong understanding of ETL, data migration, and interface architecture, including integration between SAP and 3rd‑party boundary systems

· Experience leading or mentoring QE teams, including onshore/offshore collaboration

· Familiarity with automated testing
