Job Description
- Primary role - We are looking for strong SAP FICO Functional consultant with very good experience (at least 10+) and who is very good in communication skills effectively talk to Business stakeholders, Product Team and Development Team and candidate should have both Implementation and support experience.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Analyze and correct system issues and respond to user inquires or problems
- Good in documentation and following through production tickets to closure
- Prepare RCA and DEP (for eg: process change, code change, refresher of standards)
- Ability to work across teams and SMEs
