Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead with a strong background in SAP Basis Administration. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technical professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals in SAP Basis Administration.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems.
• Ensure optimal performance and availability of SAP environments.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Implement best practices for system security, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP related issues.
• Document processes, procedures, and system configurations for knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills: Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration and Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Relevant SAP certifications.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering projects on time.
• Experience with SAP system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
• Proficient in performance tuning and troubleshooting SAP systems.
• Knowledge of SAP security and user administration.
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, HANA).
• Experience with cloud based SAP solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and methodologies.

• Experience in project management and Agile methodologies.
