SAP Ariba Ssc Lead

• Selected Candidate must be willing to go to the closest Client office location as indicated by the project team to meet and greet with a Client’s team member prior to starting their assignment.
• If the candidate is not local, Client will pay the expenses for Meet & Greet only.

Role and Responsibilities: We are seeking a skilled SAP Ariba SSC (Shared Services Center) Lead to oversee the implementation, integration, and operational support of SAP Ariba solutions within a shared services environment. This role will be responsible for driving process standardization, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and leading a team to deliver efficient and scalable procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, deployment, and support of SAP Ariba solutions across the SSC.
• Coordinate with global and regional teams to align procurement processes and system configurations.
• Manage day-to-day operations, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, controls, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and suppliers to optimize Ariba functionality.
• Provide leadership and guidance to SSC team members and support training efforts.

Required Technologies and Skills:

• Proven experience with SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Buying, Invoicing, or Supplier Lifecycle).
• Strong understanding of shared services operations and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and global implementations.
• SAP Ariba certification is a plus.
