Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Senior Technical Lead to lead Salesforce development initiatives, drive complex integrations, and optimize configurations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom development, and Agentforce.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes and drive client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions following best practices.
- Drive end-to-end Salesforce development including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
- Manage inbound and outbound integrations using APIs and middleware, ensuring data consistency and interoperability.
- Optimize Salesforce configurations to align with evolving business requirements.
- Implement and enhance solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Leverage Agentforce capabilities to improve agent productivity and streamline workflows.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
- Guide teams on best practices for customization, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Implement and manage CI/CD processes using tools such as Gearset.
- Provide hands-on development support and advise on CI/CD framework adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 12+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Batch & Asynchronous Processing
- Salesforce Integrations
- Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Marketing Cloud Integrations
- Deep understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications (Preferred / Good to Have)
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification
- Agentforce Certification
- Platform Developer I (PD1)
- Platform Developer II (PD2)
