Salesforce QA Lead

Location:

• Columbus, OH / Minneapolis, MN / Chicago, IL
• 4 days onsite per week
• Preference for local candidates in these locations

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Lead to lead testing efforts across Salesforce applications and integrations. The role involves both manual and automation testing in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing on Salesforce platforms

·        Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts for Salesforce and web applications

·        Plan and prioritize automation activities to meet project timelines

·        Ensure adequate test coverage aligned with Agile sprint schedules

·        Create and maintain test documentation (test plans, strategies, test cases, and test data)

·        Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce test automation (UI and API testing)

·        Support cross-system and integration testing, including event processing and API interactions

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Salesforce QA and Test Automation
• Hands-on experience with UI and API automation testing
• Experience testing Salesforce integrations and events
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong communication and leadership skills
