Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Developer with ServiceMax expertise to design, develop, and support enterprise Salesforce and field service solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in Salesforce development along with strong functional and technical knowledge of ServiceMax implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Implement and support field service solutions using ServiceMax.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
• Customize Service Cloud and Field Service modules as per business requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Design and optimize data models, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
• Perform code reviews, deployment, and release management using DevOps tools.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams.
• Ensure security best practices including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

Required Skills & Experience

• 11–16+ years of overall IT experience.
• 7+ years of strong hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proven experience implementing and supporting ServiceMax solutions.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Apex, Triggers
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • SOQL & SOSL
  • Salesforce Flows & Process Builder
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and middleware tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture and governor limits.
• Experience with deployment tools (ANT, Copado, Gearset, or similar).
• Knowledge of Field Service processes (work orders, service contracts, asset management).
