Role Descriptions:
Lead end-to-end solution delivery for Salesforce Data Cloud implementations from discovery and impact analysis to design| deployment| and post-golive support.
Architect data models| ingestion pipelines| and data flows within Data Cloud| ensuring scalability| performance| and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate in client discovery workshops to define business-centric use cases and translate them into technical requirements.
Mentor and guide developers| enforce best practices| conduct solution reviews| and ensure high code quality. Oversee integration between Data Cloud and external systems (CRM| ERP| marketing platforms) using RESTSOAP APIs and ETL tools.
Create and manage architecture artifacts data models| flow diagrams| consumption estimates| deployment plans| and cutover strategy.
Implement and monitor data governance| security protocols| and compliance (e.g.| GDPR| CCPA).Drive performance monitoring post-launch| proactively identify issues| and optimize system health.
Prepare comprehensive documentation and provide training to support stakeholder adoption and ongoing optimization.
